Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At Sandoval Ranch & Winery, we take customer happiness seriously. We are happy to provide refunds or store credit for merchandise that remains in the same condition as it was sold. There is no time limit for this policy.

Refunds

Want a refund? Contact us at support@sandovalranch.com and then mail your item to Sandoval Ranch, Santa Ynez, CA 93460. You are responsible for providing return postage.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, we will refund the price actually paid by you for the returned item. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable unless we have sent the wrong item or the item sent is defective or damaged at the time you receive it.

Once your refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to the original form of payment. For example, we will only credit the credit card used for the original purchase.
