Any products purchased online will require payment for the sale price of the item, any applicable taxes, and shipping (if applicable). All purchases, unless exempt and specially noted, are subject to the Santa Barbara County tax rate of 7.75%. All California retail sales are subject to a taxable 1% Santa Barbara County Wine Improvement District (SBCWID) Wine Preserve Assessment implemented by the Santa Barbara County Vintners Association. By purchasing alcohol, you certify that you are over the age of 21 and that you are in the State of California and you agree to provide government-issued identification to our shipping partner during delivery for age verification.
Bills may be paid instantly via our payment processor, Stripe, using a credit or debit card and are subject to their terms of use. We also accept Apple Pay (terms), Google Pay (terms), PayPal (terms), and Venmo (terms). We are happy to accept personal or business checks, however this option will delay the fulfillment of your order. In either case, the entirety of the bill–the sale cost, the taxes, and shipping–will be due before any order can be processed. We do not accept IOUs, COD, or split payment options.
